You can use Headline Animator to create your own fully custom animated web widgets from your feed. To design your own Headline Animator (instead of using one of our pre-defined themes):
Create a GIF that will serve as the background image for your Headline Animator
Put this GIF on a web server somewhere (it needs to be available on the web)
Sign in to FeedBurner, then navigate to Headline Animator on the Publicize tab for your feed
Select "Provide your own background" from the "Theme" drop-down
Paste the URL of your new background GIF and design your Headline Animator around that
