I'm a big believer in "a picture is worth a thousand words". If I can't have media to go with my post, I often don't bother doing the post.
I's not at all unusual for me to spend more time finding an image to work around than thinking what to write.
That's why I like tumblr so much. It's great blogging platform to emphasize media.
